Copyright

You should discuss the issue of copyright with the person who handles public relations at the shelter. As the photographer, you own the copyright to your photographs and can decide how your images should and should not be used.

We give our shelter full rights to use our images to support adoptions and public relations. However, we usually keep the negatives of all of our animal photographs so that we can use them in our own portfolio and on this Website.
